General Contractor: R Squared Design Build

This calmly elegant home was reduced to three first floor brick walls before being completely rebuilt. The owner (a believer in the Not So Big House) was open to rooms capable of multi tasking. With the clever use of cabinetry, Murphy beds and moveable walls an office can effortlessly become a dining room or a play room can become a guest room. A year after completion a bedroom addition was seamlessly and quickly executed by the same team. The project was performed on time and on budget while the family occupied the house.
