This Park Hill home was built speculatively. It's south facing side yard is protected by the shade of a 40-year-old maple tree preserved throughout construction. The garage door that once faced the street and sidewalk was scraped. In its place a front porch welcomes pedestrians. R Squared has maintained a relationship with the owner and have managed several improvements over the years. So hip it hurts.
